The job:

We are looking for an individual to work closely with our Chief Operating Officer (COO), Accountant and wider team to manage our internal financial processes. This will include checking and paying invoices, reconciling accounts, dealing with clients and suppliers and preparing commission payments for the team. This varied role is exciting as we branch into new business areas and will provide you with the autonomy to shape our processes, whilst working directly with the senior team to grow the business.

As an employee, you will:

  • Develop an excellent understanding of the activities of the business and a strong working relationship with the team, in order to provide financial, numerical and procedural assistance across the company
  • Manage all invoice processing for locations and clients according to payment schedules
  • Monitoring of and updating cash flow
  • Undertake preparation for monthly payroll, including commission calculations
  • Providing general support as required by the senior management

Who we are looking for:

  • Someone with bookkeeping/finance experience (E)
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written (E)
  • Experience using Dext/Xero (D)
  • Methodical with attention to detail (E)
  • Strong Excel skills (E)
